E-Design
This service is a perfect option for clients who are not located in the DMV area but are looking for a complete room design within your own timeline. E designs are done via zoom, phone, and email. Clients will provide measurements and extensive details of the space while we provide space planning, mood boards and shoppable links.
Design Process
Consultation
The initial consultation is an opportunity for you to meet with Francis at your home (or via zoom for E- design) go over the scope of the project and dive into your style, thoughts, and ideas. We will also discuss timelines and budgets. After this meeting, Francis will provide you with a contract and a quote based on the project’s scale
Contract & Retainer
After the initial meeting, you will be provided with a contract. If you choose to move forward, you will be invoiced a retainer to get the project started.
Design Approach
After we have received your contract and payment, we will discuss the project more in depth with detailed measurements, photos, and review styles to ensure we are on the same page. We will then begin creating floor plans, mood boards and sourcing furnishing, fabrics, and paint options.
Design Presentation
Once the design process is complete, we will send you a presentation where you will be able to see and review all the selections, along with a complete design board so that you can visualize the space and the concept as a whole and envision the finish look.
Edits & Revisions
Once you receive the design presentation, you will be able to make any edits or changes until you are satisfied with all items and the complete look of the space.
Ordering & Installation
Once everything has been approved, we will place all orders. Once orders are in and installations are scheduled, we will set a time for us to come and do a final reveal!
